hi yes i have lots of pritty big spots all over my belly side and down my legs they are very sore and when they pop the puss smells bad and thir is lots of it but thet keep spreding thanks i would like to no if its somethink to worry about and could i be infected

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of big sore spots all over belly and legs which seems to be due to contact dermatitis which could be due to detergent, soap, environmental factors. It could be due to frictional heat generation.

I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe mild corticosteroid ointment along with proper antibiotic course. As of now apply cold compresses and avoid any cosmetic product. Apply calamine lotion at back and avoid pricking rashes.
