What Causes Big Toes Area Redness Persistently?

In my both legs inbetween the big fingers its red in color and this is happening since 2-3 months.i apply cream and it cures but again later it comes.is this a symptom of any other disease.i keep my body clean and healthy and im perfect now.pls help me to know about this.
