What Causes Bit Yellowish Eyes In A Child?

Thanks, My daughter is 10 years old and i noticed that her eyes where a bit yellowish even though she appears to look heathly, i took her in to have blood work done and it has came back that everything is normal but doctor want to retest her bilirubin and check her for Hepatitis how could this be at this age and what am i took expect. (when she was a baby she had jaundice) i had dry labor 25 hrs 19 min in labor.

Hello
It seems from the history that your 10 year old daughter is having yellow discoloration of the eyes.
The yellow eyes appears in jaundice caused by hepatitis.
Hence your doctor is correct in asking for bilirubin estimation to look for hepatitis.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examinations and treatment accordingly.
