What Causes Bits Of Tissue And Blood After Urinating And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I m a 45 year old female. I had a partial hysterectomy a year ago. For the past 5 days I have noticed bits of tissue and pink/brown blood after I urinate. I had some lower abdominal pain last week. I am not sexually active and I m now concerned about this new development. I plan on getting an appointment to see my GYN asap. Any ideas as to what this could possibly be?
