What Causes Bitter Metallic Taste In Mouth?
I go to work and count Money (for a Target store). I feed stacks of bills through a currency counter and enter the amounts into a computer program. After about 15 minutes I get a bitter metallic taste in my mouth. It lasts about a minute. I usually take a swig of water when that happens. This occurs almost every day.

Read your query metallic taste in mouth can be due to some reason which include Periodontal problem , Drug induced , Restoration in oral cavity , salivary gland disorder or diabetes or sinusitis .
For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for examination of oral cavity to rule out the cause and for proper diagnosis .
Inmeantime do warm saline rinses and maintain proper oral hygiene and clean your tongue regularly .
