Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query bitter taste in mouth after taking medications for blood pressure can be commonly due to Dry mouth which is a most common side effect of blood pressure medicines.
The other symptoms like pain on the side of neck, feeling sick and loss of appetite can also be due to side effect of medication or there can also be rise in blood pressure and it needs evaluation..
I would suggest you to consult your treating physician and get evaluated and if the problems are occurring as a side effect of the medication either change of medication or alteration in dose can help..

As of now she can suck on tart candies, chew sugarfree chewing gums to stimulate saliva flow as it will reduce bitterness and also improve appetite..
Taking a soft diet and more of fluids is must to retain the nutrition of body and prevent dehydration and weakness..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
