Perhaps, I have to ask this question to a psychologist ?
Very often, I blubber in my sleep. According to my wife, I abuse her a lot in sleep. This happens intermittently and each bout lasts up to 10 minutes. This has culminated into estranged relationship between me and wife. she questions me which one is my true personality? the one she sees during day time or the one that blubbers at night
I went through your details. Sleep talking, or somniloquy, is the act of speaking during sleep. It's a type of parasomnia -- an abnormal behavior that takes place during sleep. It's a very common occurrence and is not usually considered a medical problem.
The problem needs to be treated if it goes out of hand with the help of sleep specialist because the problem may involve some mental health disorder. If you can ignore the current problem, do so. Or better you could consult a sleep specialist.
