General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The black right side and swollen shut eyes are due to possible allergy reaction. However, there are 2 main factors to consider:
- trauma
- metabolic problems: anemia, urinary tract problems.

If you have a copy of the tests reports, you can send to me for a more specific opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
