What Causes Black And Blue Discoloration On Toes And COPD?

My sister is 67 years old and has COPD. She takes Spiriva, 81mg aspirin and Advair 50/50 daily. Today she twisted her ankle on a stepping stone in her yard and is in a lot of pain if she tries to walk on it. The ankle, the top of her foot and even her toes are black and blue and hurting. She has Tramadol from another injury a few months ago. Can she take the Tramadol without causing some horrible interactions and side effects of the other medications?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can be used to help.

There is no significant interaction between the medication so the tramadol can be used to help with her pain.
It may be best for her to see her doctor for an assessment if the symptoms continue however, to rule out significant injury.

I hope this helps
