What Causes Black And Red Spots On Arms, Thighs And Hands?

Hello Doctor, I have a lot of spots on my arms above the elbow and thighs. They appear like black (on hands) and red spots (on thighs). Some say its ingrowth after waxing, however i have never waxed my thighs so not sure why these spots are there. Would be great if you can help

Such spots on body are due to senile degeneration of skin with aging. Application of good moisturizers massage would prolong further developments.
