General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your description, in pregnancy, if you are consuming iron, folic acid tablet, then stool will be a darker color. So it's fine. And I think it's that happening in your case. The second thing is it might be due to slight bleeding in bowel because of ulcer, so if it continues to have a checkup from a nearby physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
