Hi,

The symptoms which you have mentioned doesn't seems like pregnancy symptoms. It most likely could be due to infection in your vagina, or mouth of your wound i.e., cervix. You can use over the counter vaginal wash to relieve these symptoms, if the symptoms persists then you need to visit your doctor for screening vaginal infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arif N. Khan, OBGYN
