What Causes Black Bumps Around The Anus?

Hi, I know this may sound a little weird, but I m kind of panicking right now and need an answer. I just discovered big blackheads bumps around my anus. They seem to be black. I never had this before. It looks scary, almost like I have some kind of disease. Do you gave any ideas what this is? Thank you fir your help

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to perianal hematomas.

They are very similar to hemorrhoids.

They are actually a burst blood vessel near the anus, causing a pool of blood to form underneath the skin.

You can use anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application and avoid constipation or diarrhea.

Soak in warm water for temporary relief.

These bumps are usually caused by straining or trauma to the area and can be very painful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
