What Causes Black Circular Dot On Scrotum?

I have had a small black circular dot with clearly defined edges on my scrotum for about a year. I just checked it again for the first time in several months and discovered that it is now green with a small hole in the middle. It is hard, no bigger or smaller than before, and has no seepage or extra sensitivity of any kind. Is it something I should be concerned about? If not, will it ever go away on its own?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst on scrotum.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
