What Causes Black Clotty Vaginal Bleeding, Heartburn And Abdominal Pain?
Here lately I have been bleeding out big black blood clots, I have been benching alot and have heartburn. My abdomen has been hurting as well and not just in one certain spot I m very exhausted all the time light headed and have no enthusiasm to do anything almost as if I was depressed.

You need to be seen as soon as possible.
With a history of heart burn, abdominal pain and belching, it is possible that you may have an ulcer.
Ulcers would cause bleeding which , by the time the blood reaches the anus, , it would have a black appearance.
The lack of energy or desire may be due to the blood loss.
