What Causes Black Coloured Vomit While On Antibiotics For Upper Respiratory Infection?

Have bad upper respiratory infection with cough. On second set of antibiotics and steroids. Threw up black/dark green yesterday. Today heat hurts from coupling and stool has bad odor and is loose. Last check on Tuesday doctor said lungs sounded clear. Should I go in

You must have swallowed sputum unknowingly and the antibiotic induced gastritis has caused the dark vomitus. Loose stools with heat hurts are all signs of gastritis induced by antibiotics usually used for upper respiratory infections. You must take some yogurt. It will help.
