What Causes Black Complexion Around Mouth And Chin And Forehead?

I have black complexion around mouth and chin and also in forehead.Doctor suggested be kojiglo gel but no use.And she also said its tan and weather change.But the black complexion around mouth and chin. And not fair though , but a noticeable black complexion.

Hi black complexion on chin and around mouth is called perioral pigmentation.pigmentation on forehead can be due to facial melanosis.
In my daily practice I treat this cases with sunscreen in the morning and demeaning agent like ban a Tan or xinbest to treat it.i will use antioxidants like god sent or an toxid he daily once
