General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to get them further examined by dermatologist. It might be a case of hair follicle inflammation, and we should determine the cause.
Hair examination under microscope and skin scrapping examination are also advised to determine the right diagnosis.

Discuss this further with dermatologist.

All the best.
