What Causes Black Heads Around The Anus Oozing White Pus?

I have small black heads around my anus , I squeeze them and a smelly white puss comes out . I have perfect skin on my body and clean / wash regularly .. I have had them for a while now at least 2 yrs , and they don t itch .. What is the best treatment .. I have around 20 ..

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic fistula in ano giving rise this problem.
In fistula there are multiple sinuses opened out side black head appearance.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Fistula is to be operated and opening of each sinus should be done to get complete cure.
