What Causes Black Liquid Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 8 months pregnant and have experienced nausea and vomitting all thought this pregnancy. I just threw up and in the midst of throwing up it suddenly turned a very dark color nearly all black. Is this something to be concerned with or just bile?

Black vomitus may be to blood in the vomit so it is best to be assessed.

It may be also be due to the side effect of some medications or foods used.

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination and may also involve bloods such as a full blood count.
