What Causes Black Or Brown Mole Like Marks On Face And Neck?

I am 28 year old female. I have developed black/brown small mole like marks all over my neck and face. I also have some pimples over my face. I am looking for very effective homeopathic medicine for that. Need a prescription for the same . How many days would it take to get it effectively cured? I am attaching relevant photographs here.

Hi. I could not see photographs here. Have you posted it? If its mole, its not going to go away with medicines-homeopathy or allopathy. there are various surgical options for moles. You should consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thanks
