What Causes Black Painful Freckles On Right Thigh?
I have a black freckle on my right thigh. When touched there is a little pain. It is slightly raised but not like a mole. I have freckles everywhere but this one is extremely dark compared to the others and the others don t hurt. Is this a sign of skin cancer? I will contact my docter. Thank you :)
