What Causes Black Pimples On The Vagina?

hi doctor,i have recently developed black coloured funsi on my vagina (outer area)which bleeded this morning i dnt if its drying although it hasnt reduced in size .another one is also appearing to grow,i am 7th mnth in pregnancy,whts could it be?pls answer
