What Causes Black, Raised And Elongated Mole In Labia Majora?
I am 8 months pregnant and just noticed a black, raised and elongated mole which looks more like a skin tag (although not skin coloured but dark almost black) sitting in amongst the hair of my labia majora. At first I thought it was a tick but the body of it is more soft than hard. I have searched all sorts of things on the net and haven t found a matching description or image. There is nothing else anywhere else, its not a STD, cyst, cancer or wart by the look so what is it?
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
