What Causes Black Smelly Itchy Rash On Private Parts, Lips, Upper Thighs?

Black smelly itchy rash on my private part lips n surounding area s like my upper tighs it itchers al0t nd after scratching it,it swells up with big pimples and burns and bleed after i scratch it,it also drops black thing that look like scales wen bathing or using the toilet,sumtimes it feels rough nd hard,also peels like takng a scab of a sore and sumtimes its m0ist nd wen i scrath da skin cums of like grating c0mpressed cheese nd start bad burning pain and bleed i cnt touch or wipe or even wash wen its like dat,also i hav it 4 a yr now i tryed break fluid,metalated spirits,bby bum cream nd got 2 injecti0n on my l0wer back 4m my local clinic sister and sh gave me 3 different tablets 2 finish witch i dne but it neva went away.what kind of rash it is nd hw do i cure it and wat do i use 2 get rid of it? It itches all da time and smells very ugly like i had sex nd neva bath 4 a week
