What Causes Black Specks In Urine Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have lots of little black specks in my urine and I m not really experiencing any pain other than some cramping in my lower abdominal area(it s the same feeling as period cramps.) And yesterday I had sharp pain in my middle back, but only for a minute and then it went away. And I ve been pain free since.
