What Causes Black Specks On Face With Big Pores?

I have black specks on face and my hairs look more like a worm which leave ice pick type holes in my face mainly on side of nose and checks some holes are box type the holes appear on a daily basis which are really accelerated daily feels like something eating holes in my face, and its has nothing to do with drug use 2 dermatologist cannot figure out the problem I am very desperate its really hard to look people in the face wondering why I have so many holes

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having acne scars and open pores on face.
My treatment advice is -
1. Pores can be cleansed daily to keep them cosmetically good looking.
2. Use a good face cleanser like ensi cleansing lotion once at night.
3. Holes which you are bothered will not be cleared by only cream. You need to undergo certain procedures like derma roller microdermabrasion or laser resurfacing.
