What Causes Black Spot And Pain In The Heel?

POD, treated for hypothyroid, hypertension (lisinopril + lasix) and take metformin. Have a bit o gout occasionally, but in the opposite foot than the one that has pain.
have heel pain that started yesterday and got progressively worse until I cannot put my weight on it. It hurts to touch and there is a black dot under the skin. It also hurts a little on the back of my heel.
