What Causes Black Spots All Over The Body?
I m a light skinned black person. I have these black dots on my skin. They re blended with my skin; it s not bumpy. You can t feel it but you can see it. I think its normal because I ve seen many others with it. I just want to know how it comes about and what it s called.

Dark to black small skin spots is called freckles. They are generally not dangerous but in some cases, they indicate skin damage from sun exposure.
There is no need for treatment but you may need to avoid excessive sun exposure and also you may need to use good sunblock (30+ SPF factor) to prevent further skin damage.
