What Causes Black Spots In Front Of Eyes With Fading Sound In Ears?

yesterday after class i was walking up the hill to the school parking lot and i was a little tired walking fast non stop and when i reached my car i started seen black spots in my vision and i was hearing was fading away. I was wondering is this something i should worry about?

Hi
It is called muscae or floaters in the eye.
It may be present normally also.
These are more seen in diabetics, high myopic, aged persons.
Also more seen after eye trauma
