What Causes Black Spots In The Eye?

I'm getting black spots in my vision during exercise or strenuous activity, pulsating with my heartbeat. These appear to be blood vessels in my retina expanding (and not floaters).

I've been getting this for a few months now, but never had it before then. Is this a cause for concern?

these are floaters. fundus examination is required to be done by retina surgeon. exclude pathology of retina. you should have given your age and history of your visual status and other relevant disease history, like diabetes and hypertension
