What Causes Black Spots In The Vision Along With Dizziness?

My husband was outside and all of a sudden he started seeing black spots, he didn t know where he was, he leaned up against the car, he said if he didn t lean up against the car he would have fallen, when he come to he seemed ok. I wasn t there when this happened. He seems ok now, just a liitle scared. Can you tell me what caused this

my dear there may be so many causes of seeing black spots .in the absence of informaion i presume he has no high blood pressure no diabetes he had his meals ,and never ever he had such episodes .believing everything ok with health the physiological reason may be lack of sleep ,overexertion ,prolonged standing lack of water .you should get his haemoglobin and blood sugar ,ecg done .may be physical examination along with few investigations things may become clearer.thanks for using HCM .
