What Causes Black Spots In Vision?
So today I was riding my bike, and I went into a Starbucks. A few minutes later, I started seeing black spots that covered most of my vision and two places at the bottom of my skull started throbbing. After a little while it went away, but I'm still wondering what exactly happened. Any ideas?

It seems from the history that you had sudden onset of black spots in vision which lasted for few seconds.
This indicates transient loss of vision or amaurosis fugax.
The common causes to be ruled out are vascular diseases affecting the carotid artery, obstructive diseases of the retinal vessels. migraine, peripheral vascular diseases...
