General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There are many causes of black pigmentation. One cause is uraemia, that is a chronic renal failure as in her case. So it is very likely that the pigmentation is the cause of her kidney failure.

If he feels very low BP, low sugar or dizzy. Then it's necessary to see for Addison diseases which is another cause of pigmentation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
