What Causes Black Spots On Uterus?
Hi I had a procedure done today called Acessa. Its fairly new and they went in today to remove the fibroids off my uterus. During the procedure the doctor noticed black spots on my uterus and said this could also be the reason for my painful menstral periods. What are the black spots called?

It can be an endomtriotic spot. Rarely a mole can also cause similar lesion. You can wait for biopsy, and biopsy will provide the diagnosis.
