What Causes Black Stools, Nausea, Fatigue And Severe Abdominal Pain?

female age 57, black loose stool for days, now nausea, vague weakness, and dry heaves with severe abdominal pain during retching. skin abnormally pale during feeling of nausea. When standing up will lose 50% of hearing and get dizzy and weak. Has high pain tolerance, but listed pain in gut as a 9 out of 10; now a 6 post-retching, I think she is low on blood, takes iron supplementation and others, recently taking arthritis strength tylenol. Help

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of black stool and low hemoglobin and abdomen pain may be due to some intestinal pathologies and this could be oozing of blood this that tract, such condition need to be investigated properly for underlying disease, hope this information helps, take care.
