What Causes Black Stuff In My Underwear After A Slimquick Diet Plan?

I tock slimquick diet weight loss packest for one day tock two packs and stoped becasue i hated it it. It has Hoodia gordonii in it if thats andy help and within a day i stoped taking it this black stuff started to apear on my underwear that looked just like what was on the bottom of the cup when i drank the stuff i dont feel sick and i have no pain. Is this somthing i should be worried about or is it just going threw my system. And also it seems to be coming out alot more as the days go on and when i wipe now im getting globs of it which just started today help please!
