What Causes Black Vaginal Bleeding During Menstruation?

i came on my period last month for the usual 7 days but my blood was black,ow this month i came on the same thing but before my period it was spotting n everytime i urinate n then squeeze my stomach blood comes out and after my period even right now the same thing is happening
