What Causes Blackened Vision, Rapid Heart Rate, Headaches And Tremors?

I experience blackened vision, headaches, rapid heart beat, and shaking all together. You can see my heart pounding through my clothes, i drink water a lot so i know its not dehydration, this is interfering with my school life and no doctor can figure out whats happening
