What Causes Blackening Of Skin On Face During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 27 yrs old, I m pregnant , I got some reddish-black skin around my nose n lips, and a big black spot on my chin just below my lower lip , and evryday my skin exfoliat on these areas of face. I got all this in the starting of 3rd month.......plz tel me what is this??? Is it pigmentation or some reaction. ...and what treatment I should take....I m very worried for this....plz help me.....

dont worry.
this pigmentation is normal during pregnancy. it is due to hormonal effect.
it will go after pregnancy.
black spots are also common .
if you have severe problem, consult your doctor.
