What Causes Blackish Bump Under Breast?

Months ago I discovered a blackish bump under my breast I thought it was a boil. I popped it covered it and thought it went away. This evening I felt a painful bump looked and it is back, still there. I pierced it after cleaning and puss and blood came out leaving a caved in area. Should I be worried? I have mamagrams yearly they are always normal.

The lesions described suggests the possibility of furunculosis.Furunculosis is an infection of the hair follicle.It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin.You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. Since you are having these lesions on and off diabetes needs to be ruled out.Regards.
