What Causes Blackish Spot On Urethra?

in pain for weeks, urine culture came out ok, but red blood cell count 7, i have intersticial cystis, took duflican, got Rx for hydrocortisone 5% cream to take down swelling, as dr thought it was yeast, in pain and feel feverish right now, just looked inside my vagina and saw a blackish spot on what I think is my urethra

Usually urethral opening will be pinkish in color. You can get examined by doctor to confirm lesion.
