What Causes Blackish Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I am a 17 year old female and yesterday I experienced flu like symptoms such as vomiting, the runs, headaches, and a slight fever. Today I feel fine but there is a blackish discharge coming from my vagina. I'm not expecting my period for another 3 weeks. What could this be?
