What Causes Blackout That Lasts For 20 Seconds?

I am a 57 yr.old male. The other day at work i suddenly felt like my eyes crossed for about 20 seconds. Ive never felt anything like this before...i sat down and it eventually straigjtened out. I have a family history of heart disease. Is this a sign of something?

Hello,
There are many possible causes for this. You need to see a doctor for an exam and blood tests as soon as possible. With your age and family history, you need to make sure that your cholesterol, sugar and blood pressure are in normal range.
