What Causes Blackouts After A Brain Surgery?

My boyfriend had brain surgery 3 months ago. a mengioma tumor. he had a blackout on the same side of the face/eye were the metal plate was inserted . What would of caused this episode? He said it went on black and he thought he was going to die. He hasn t had any episodes at all, but he is always tired. We see the surgeon next week. Can you help me Tx

Hello
You should go for a MRI brain, to see the extent of extension. These all symptoms are due to this tumour only. You should also consult an oncologist and oncsurgeon.
