Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

NyQuil may cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, hallucinations, agitation, a sense of being detached from yourself and loss of coordination similar to what occurs with alcohol intoxication. Blood pressure and heart rate can also increase.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
