What Causes Blackouts And Anxiety?
There have been a few times where everything will go black. It only last a few seconds, but it frightens me. I am a 60 year old woman. It makes me awful nervous and I feel kind of funny in my head when it does it. The last time I was sitting down at my computer when it happened

Blackout can be due to transient ischemia or postural hypotension. Your age is in higher side exclude diabetes, hypertension, and menopause. It can be computer vision syndrome. Avoid continuous exposure to the computer change your position and move about in the room and look from window to outside. Use artificial tear.
