What Causes Blackouts, Backache And Ringing In Ears?

I have been having a lot of dizzyness recently. I black out a lot of times in that most of my vision and hearing fades out for a few seconds and then comes back. my back has been hurting a lot and wakes me up during the night recently. there is a ringing in my ear that comes and goes throughout the day. I am a 21 year old female with no negative medical history. I am 5 foot 4 inches and i weigh 115 lb.

it is a neurogenic problem. for eye it may be migrane, hypoxia or transient ischemia-Can start taking neurobion forte tablet once a day. rest can be given after consultation with neurologist.
