What Causes Blackouts, High Temperature And Dry Cough?

Hi, Sunday I had an infection in my throat similar to tonsilitis, where one side was infected, also with weakness and a little fever. Got over it by tuesday after taking a lot of decatylin and vitamin c, herbal supplements and teas. Now I am left feeling very weak almost as if I want to black out and a high temperature and a dry cough..I think I am having a relapse, I dont know what to take or do as I have a very stressful week of exams coming up and cant afford to be ill. Can you offer me some advice please?

Hi.

Noted your history of sore throat, one sided tonsillitis, weakness and fever which you treated with home remedies, now very weak almost like blackout, also have dry coughing.
From the history that you have provided this seems to be URTI that is upper respiratory tract infection.
When there are severe symptoms it is best to consult a Doctor for proper clinical evaluation and examination, get investigations of blood and throat swab done.
Get a prescription of an appropriate antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines that has also antipyretic effect, symptomatic and supportive treatment in the form of antitussive for dry coughing,
Complete the course till fully recovered.
Use povidone iodine gargles as instructed on its bottle.
