Hi,
All your symptoms suggest URINARY TRACT INFECTION. It should be confirmed by urine culture and microscopy. Appropriate antibiotics and antifungals (if you have yeast in urine) will help you. You may also take some bladder relaxing drugs like flavoxate. Consult a physician for a better diagnosis.
